The Role

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) operating across several industries, including solar, roofing, HVAC, and broader home services. You will be responsible for setting clear KPIs, coaching individual contributors, and ensuring revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved. This role requires active involvement in daily sales activity, including team meetings, one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and strategic client engagement.
